A & S Construction, Inc opened it's doors to Southern Utah in July of 1997 as a Construction Consultation Firm. We worked with homeowners and subcontractors from the design stages of the home to completion. After a year of consulting we felt we could best serve our clients by obtaining our general contractors license. Since then we have worked in both residential and commercial construction all over Utah. We build custom homes offering design services for the most discerning clientele. We work extremely hard to bring in our projects on time and on budget.
Residential Construction
Our residential construction division works with homeowners and subcontractors to design build custom homes or customize a home from an existing plan. We want to insure that you get the home of your dreams at a cost you can afford. We have built homes from 1,300 square feet to 10,200 square feet. We can help you design the home of your dreams while showing you all of your options on materials while making sure that you are getting a quality home that will stand the test of time.
